What can I expect from the following treatment?
Botulinum exotoxin, BOTOX® Cosmetic, is an inhibitor of neuromuscular activity. It blocks the communication between the nerve fiber and the muscle preventing contraction and temporally relaxing the muscle. Botulinum toxin is a safe, effective, and proven method for treating fine lines and wrinkles. Its safety is well established, as it has been used therapeutically for over 20 years.
Is BOTOX for me?
If you desire a slight improvement in your look or a "cleaning up" of age-related wrinkles, BOTOX® Cosmetic may be for you. It has become a superb option for the patient hesitant to undergo surgery, yet wants to erase the deep creases and furrows of the face. By relaxing the muscles that cause these wrinkles, you can rid yourself of the heavy tension look or remove a misrepresented, tired and angry appearance. Patients appreciate its subtle improvement and are pleased when their acquaintances are not quite sure why they look better. Following treatment with BOTOX® Cosmetic, you can expect to appear more relaxed and rested. BOTOX® Cosmetic is also commonly used to reduce the heavy vertical creases between the eyebrows, flatten deep forehead wrinkles, and smooth out the crow’s feet area of the eyes. Newer areas that are being treated include the age-defining wrinkles around the mouth, nose and the thick muscle bands of the neck.
When will I see the results and how long will it last?
You can generally expect to see results in 3-5 days, although it may take as long as two weeks. Most people can expect to enjoy the benefits for 3-4 months, and some people will see results lasting up to 6 months.

Wrinke Fillers (Restylane, Radiesse, Collagen, and others)
Contrary to popular belief, wrinkles aren’t nature’s way of reminding us that we’re aging. Wrinkles are actually the result of collagen and elastin fibers under the skin breaking down and wearing out. This is part of the natural aging process, but it also can occur due to squinting, frowning, smoking, even (unfortunately) smiling! Until relatively recently, most people interested in addressing their wrinkles and creases felt resigned to either a facelift or browlift.
How Restylane and Cymetra™ works
Restylane and Cymetra, are natural substances derived from purified sugars and proteins. These substances work well when a person has well-defined wrinkles or creases, such as smile lines, dimples, lines around the mouth, acne scars, cheek depressions, and scars. When injected just beneath the skin, these medications work well to fill and smooth out wrinkles and creases. Many patients are very pleased by using these products to enhance the lip line and add fullness to the lips.
Treatments last from three to six months.

Skin Resurfacing and Chemical Peels
Premature wrinkling, sun damage, acne scars, and pre-cancerous skin growths are facial concerns that can be addressed with skin resurfacing. I employ three procedures in skin resurfacing: dermabrasion, chemical peels, and laser surgery.
Dermabrasion uses a high speed rotating brush to remove the top layer of skin. This procedure is most commonly employed for the treatment of post-traumatic facial scars. To learn more about Scar Revision, click here.

During a chemical peel Dr. Mobley uses various peel agents. Most commonly he uses TCA peel products. Chemical peels remove the top layer(s) of the skin in a controlled manner to help improve the appearance of freckles, age spots, fine lines, skin tone and texture. Chemical peels are performed as mild peels (for improvement of texture, tone, and color) or as moderate peels for enhanced improvement of wrinkles and scars.
