- Mobley MD Consultation Preparation Kit:
- Your consultation can last between 60 and 90 minutes.
- Please arrive on time to have adequate time to complete paperwork.
- Please bring your insurance card if any portion of the consultation will include functional (non-cosmetic) issues.
- Photos will be taken during consultation . Please do not wear any accessories or makeup that may interfere with the before-and-after photos. For example, we will need to remove makeup that may conceal redness, pigmentation, or scars.
- If your appointment is for cosmetic injections (BOTOX, Dysport, or fillers), please bring full payment.
